One of our Estate Series wines, this ruby-hued wine is a blend of three Rhone varietals: Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah. Striking elements of cinnamon, clove, and dry cedar are evident on the nose as well as the palate, with an elegant flavor profile of toasted coconut, black cherry, black currant, and sweet peppercorn spice. Bold tannins reminiscent of black tea make this wine a great pairing for rich foods like marinara sauces and aged soft cheeses. Aged in newer French oak barrels for 12 months.
